putsch.agency is published by PUTSCH AGENCY, a booking and management agency based in Paris, France (the "data controller").

2. Data we collect

Booking form: name, email address, company or event, requested artist(s) and date(s), city, venue, capacity, budget and your message. These fields reach us only when you submit the form.

Technical data: IP address and server logs, used to keep the service secure (rate limiting, spam and abuse prevention).

Language preference: your language choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.

Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (page views, device type, approximate origin).

3. Purposes and legal bases

Answering your booking requests and preparing a possible contract: pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Site security and spam prevention (anti-bot verification, rate limiting): legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Audience measurement: legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

None of your data is sold, rented or used for advertising.

4. Recipients and processors

Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): relays booking form emails to our inbox.

Cloudflare, Inc.: secures and accelerates the site (CDN, proxy) and provides the Turnstile anti-bot check on the form.

Google LLC: audience measurement via Google Analytics.

Our hosting provider, for the technical storage of the site.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers rely on recognised safeguards (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).

5. Retention

Booking requests: for the duration of the business relationship, at most 3 years after the last exchange.

Technical logs and security data: 12 months at most.

Language preference: kept in your browser until you clear its data.

6. Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics sets audience-measurement cookies. Cloudflare and Turnstile may set technical cookies required for security.

The language choice uses browser localStorage: it is not a tracker, it only serves to display the site in your language.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and portability.

To exercise them, write to [email protected]. We answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, the form is protected against abuse (anti-bot verification, rate limiting) and technical secrets are stored outside the public site. No transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, however.
