putsch.agency presents PUTSCH AGENCY, its artist roster and its booking, management and promotion services, and lets you send booking requests through a form.

Site information (artists, genres, availability) is indicative: a booking commitment only arises from a contract concluded separately between the parties.

3. Intellectual property

Site content (texts, logos, visual identity, artist photographs, graphic elements) is protected and remains the property of PUTSCH AGENCY, the artists or their rights holders.

The press kit is an exception within the limits it states: the photos and logos it contains may be used by promoters, venues and media to announce a PUTSCH artist, crediting the photographer where named.

Any other reproduction, modification or commercial exploitation without written permission is forbidden.

4. Use of the form

You agree to provide accurate information in your booking requests and not to use the form for unsolicited canvassing, spam or abuse.

We reserve the right not to follow up on a request and to block abusive use.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is". PUTSCH AGENCY does not warrant that its content is error-free, complete or continuously available, and may change it at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PUTSCH AGENCY shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
